General Terms:
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchase orders placed on the Yogical Europe S.L. website, www.bhaktipeople.com (hereinafter referred to as the "Website"). This also includes any purchase agreement made directly with Yogical Europe S.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L.").
You are requested to read these Terms and Conditions before making a purchase. By making a purchase you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions may be modified by Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. in the future, at any time.
Place an order:
Placing an order online indicates your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions relating to orders, purchases and deliveries. By placing your order, you offer us to purchase goods and allow us to use your personal data for the purpose of supplying them. We will only pass on your details to our sub-contractors who are responsible for delivery, or as we are legally required to do so.
Products supplied by Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. are not for resale. Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. is under no obligation to accept your order and may reject your order (or take other appropriate action) if you are found to be involved in the unauthorized resale of Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. products. Our standard practice is to confirm orders by email. Regardless, receipt of an email order confirmation from the customer does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation of an offer to sell a product or service. We reserve the right, without prior notice, to limit the quantity of sale of any product or service and/or to refuse service to any customer. In addition, we may require verification of information provided prior to acceptance and/or shipment of any order.
If an incorrect price has been displayed on the Website and the customer has made a purchase, the customer will be informed of this and will have the option to purchase the product at the correct price or to cancel their order. Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. reserves the right to decline or terminate a purchase agreement if fraud or any other similar situation is detected. If you are under 18 years of age, you must obtain formal approval from your parents or guardians before making a purchase through the Website.
Availability:
We do our best to keep the website up to date so that items on the website are in stock. Sometimes items go out of stock faster than expected. We will always do our best to rectify this, and you can always contact us directly via the website or info@bhaktipeople.com.
Pricing & Payment:

All prices in Europe are expressed in Euros and include VAT. Prices on the Web Site are current prices and are subject to change at any time without notice.
If a product is advertised at an incorrect price due to typographical error or supplier error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, whether or not the order has been confirmed. In such cases, you will have the option to purchase the product at the correct price or cancel your order.
Payment for the product and shipping charges (if applicable) must be made in full prior to shipment of the Products. Payment of customs duties and/or taxes are payable in accordance with the import laws of the destination country, if applicable, and are to be borne by the customer.
Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. uses the WIX payment platform to provide secure virtual payments by credit or debit card.

In cases where payment is subject to validation and/or authorization by the card issuer or a bank, confirmation of the purchase order is also subject to such confirmation and/or authorization.

If unauthorized charges appear on your credit or debit card or bank account as a result of dealing with Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L., you must notify your card issuer or your bank in accordance with its rules and claims procedures.
Shipments & Deliveries:

Shipping and delivery times are estimates only and may take longer than expected, particularly during peak seasons. We will not be responsible for any loss, cost, damage, charge or expense caused by any delay.

We currently ship internationally. If you are in any doubt as to whether Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. ships to a particular destination, please contact our customer service team at info@bhaktipeople.com.

You are requested to inspect the product(s) upon receipt and if necessary, report any issues with the product(s). In the event that you do not collect or receive the product(s) upon delivery, we reserve the right to debit the necessary charge to cover return and administration costs.

Please note that all customs duty fees related with international shipping are to be paid in its full by the customer.
Returns & Refunds

You can return your order within 14 days from the date of arrival of the mat.
To request the return of an item, you may reach out to us at info@bhaktipeople.com including the order date & number, first & last name and the email associated with the initial purchase. Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you the detailed instructions for the next steps.
It is important that the product that you would like to return is in the same conditions in which you received it, and that it shows no signs of use or damage. The product needs to be returned in its original packaging.
The shipping fees associated with the return of one or more products, the return will be at the customer's expense. In case the product arrives damaged or faulty, Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
As soon as we receive the package and its condition meets our requirements, we will issue a full refund to the same method of payment used during the initial purchase.
Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. reserves the right to deny any return request sent out of the stated return period or for products which are not in the original condition they were sent in.
Taxes & Duties:
All prices in Europe are expressed in Euros and include VAT.
Customers outside the European Union should take into consideration that additional charges for VAT, customs and other taxes may be incurred as determined by the customs authorities in their country. Payment of any taxes and/or duties that may arise shall be the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L..
Promotions & Discounts:

On orders where a promotion or discount is applicable, the value of the promotion or discount will be considered as a discount on the total amount of the order. If a refund is requested for part or all of the order, the value of the merchandise will be recalculated and the purchase price less the relative portion of the total discount will be refunded.

Promotions and discounts are only valid on new orders and cannot be applied retroactively.
Products, Content & Specifications
All content, specifications, features and prices of products and services described or depicted on the Web Site are subject to change at any time without notice.

Certain weights, measures and other descriptions are approximate and are provided for practical purposes only. We make every effort to detail product attributes as accurately as possible, however we cannot guarantee that the digital display will reflect reality in its entirety.

In the event that we agree to review any of your submitted materials, you must agree that Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. may have developed, or may be developing materials that are similar or identical to your submission and that no obligation of any kind exists with respect to those materials if we have independently created, developed or acquired them without reference to your submission.

Product Disclaimer:
Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. does not provide any warranty regarding the use and/or safety of its products. All users of our products use them at their own risk, fully acknowledging that any physical exercise is performed with the associated risk of bodily injury, and that Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. cannot be held liable for any such injuries caused to users of our products. You agree to waive any and all claims against us with respect to any physical (or other) injury suffered or loss or damage sustained as a direct or indirect result of using our products.
Termination of Use:
