Return & Refund Policy
You can return your order within 14 days from the date of arrival of the mat.
To request the return of an item, you may reach out to us via the contact form on our webpage, including the order date & number, first & last name and the email associated with the initial purchase. Once we receive your inquiry, we will send you the detailed instructions for the next steps.
It is important that the product that you would like to return is in the same conditions in which you received it, and that it shows no signs of use or damage. The product needs to be returned in its original packaging.
The shipping fees associated with the return of one or more products, the return will be at the customer's expense. In case the product arrives damaged or faulty, Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
As soon as we receive the package and its condition meets our requirements, we will issue a full refund to the same method of payment used during the initial purchase.
Bhakti People by Yogical Europe S.L. reserves the right to deny any return request sent out of the stated return period or for products which are not in the original condition they were sent in.
